AI Auto Outreach
sequences that run themselves
If AI Outreach owns the message, this module owns the schedule: who is at which step, and when to stop. The sequencer already runs InfoLady’s own sequences.

What already works today
- ✓ A three-step sequence with delays: immediately, after 30 minutes, after a day
- ✓ The step is held as lead status in the database, not a file — it survives restarts and deploys
- ✓ Anyone who pays or unsubscribes drops out of the sequence automatically
- ✓ Leads older than seven days are marked lost and receive nothing at all
What is not open to customers yet
- Your own sequences: step count, delays and transition rules
- Branching on how the recipient responds
- Event-triggered starts, for example after a site scan
- Per-step reporting in the dashboard

Questions
Can I run my own sequence now?
No. The sequencer works and runs InfoLady’s own sequences, but configuring your own is not available to customers yet.
How is this different from AI Outreach?
AI Outreach owns what the email says. AI Auto Outreach owns the schedule and the stop condition: how many steps, at what delay, and when to stop.
What stops a sequence from re-sending by accident?
The step is stored as lead status in the database rather than a temporary file. A file marker once allowed a repeat after a deploy, which is why it was replaced.
When does access open?
There is no date. When sequences become configurable we will write to everyone who left an address.
