Nobody researches the client's business — we read their site, and the letter names exactly what is visible on it. You send it yourself.
We do not guess. Companies come from links the search returned, then every domain must respond — if it does not, it never reaches the list. The visibility score comes from the same check as your own audit, so it is a real scan of a real page — run a report on that domain and you will get it again. We do not show a contact person: it cannot be known reliably from a page, and we will not invent it.
No, not yet: we have no integrations with mail or CRM. You copy the finished letter with a button and send it from your own inbox, by hand. We have no sending infrastructure of our own either, and that is a choice rather than a gap: a letter from your own address arrives from a person, one from a bulk server arrives from a server, and people can tell.
We do not know, and we will not guess: we have no measurements from customers, and naming a timeline blind is selling hope. What we can say: checking one site takes under a minute, and the draft letter is ready right after it. How many people reply depends on your niche and on what you write.
No special experience is needed, but "the AI does it all" is not what happens here. The tool finds companies, checks their sites, and prepares a draft naming a problem. Reading the letter, making it sound like you, and sending it is your part, and it does not get automated. That is deliberate: a letter a person sent reads differently from a blast.
